We Are More Than Developers.
The mission of Urban Nest Development is to provide affordable family housing options designed to transform, restore, and revitalize core neighborhoods in Dallas. Urban Nest Development will acquire properties, primarily infill lots, in the Cedar Crest, Red Bird, and southern neighborhoods in Dallas where affordable family housing options will be built.
Urban Nest Development started in 2019 when Founder Demont Campbell began to see an alarming lack of affordable housing options in Dallas. He then began to research how he could get involved with other local developers and community leaders. Together with his Grandfather, Dennis Ellis, they began to acquire vacant lots in Dallas, Tx. With Demont's background in architecture they were able to design open concept floors plans, that are affordable and adaptive.
